Delivery Issues

If your order appears delayed:

• Verify your shipping address in your confirmation email
• Check with your local post office
• Ask neighbors in case it was delivered nearby

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first to initiate a delivery inquiry.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout cannot be refunded or replaced. However, you may contact us and we will review the situation to determine if a discounted replacement option is available.
